Plans may include scheduling and coordinating inspections of the building’s systems (elevators, boilers, back-flow devices), advising whether the property is compliant with the frequently changing local laws (84, 87, 97, 31, 126 …) , assisting in remedying HPD and DOB violations, and creating customized schedules for inspections and filings as well as other requested compliance items.
